Safer now: we have ONLINE CHECK-IN in our system!

The law requires the registration of each of the guests, but now the security measures must be extreme for the good of all. For this reason, we have implemented a pre-check-in, allowing to do it online, with which we achieve two main advantages while complying with legal requirements:

– we increase security by minimizing contact

– and we reduce waiting times on arrival at the hotel.

You will only have to fill in the details of the guests following the instructions in the email you will receive. This is a new service that is offered for the convenience of the client, although, if you prefer, you can continue to do it in the traditional way as you arrive at our hotel: even so, we have reduced the need for contact since, when you show us your identity document, it will be scanned by an application to automatically collect the data required by the authorities.

You will only have to sign on a tablet or mobile, so the registration will be made CONTACTLESS.

In both cases, according to current regulations, the signature of the part by each of the guests is mandatory and this must be done on site: using a tactile pen that will be provided (if you do not have yours) and that it is disinfected after each use.
